In Pictures: Parklife 2015

Originally conceived as the Mad Ferret festival (remember that?), Manchester’s Parklife festival never fails to attract the big guns. Across the weekend of 6-7 June, Parklife 2015 brought to a sunny Heaton Park headlining sets from Disclosure and Rudimental – but the the real stars were to be found deeper down the bill with the likes of chameleonic new wave songstress Grace Jones, genre-hopping electronic maestro Hudson Mohawke and tireless producer Jamie xx, also joined by a raft of Northwest artists including local heroes Everything Everything, experimental pop boffins Outfit and rising talent Låpsley.
