Annie Mac presents Felix Da Housecat, Caspa & MC Rod Azlan @ Xplicit

Edinburgh’s famed d'n'b behemoth Xplicit rattles the cages of the city’s Ocean
Terminal again in October, this time bringing the celebrated and much loved Annie Mac presents... bass-heavy carnival along for the ride. Xplicit’s unparalleled rise to the top of Scotland’s drum and bass scene is one which demands respect, from its humble beginnings in the Honeycomb to more recent dalliances with Bongo Club and the Arches; much like this month’s guest, Xplicit itself no longer needs an introduction.

What Annie Mac brings to a night is the image with which she has become
synonymous: a free spirited and unpretentious approach to playing music that makes you want to dance. Also on the bill is the highly sought after Felix da Housecat, as well as the chainsaw wielding Caspa (with MC Rod Azlan revving the motor).

So while there may be few to no surprises in store here, there is the solid gold
guarantee of a night free of chin-stroking, just straight up, good ol’ genre spanning skanking.
