So, Happy in Paris? lands in Scotland on Feb 18 at the Liquid Room. Brought to us by legendary French DJ/producer Michael Canitrot, it promises to be a spectacular fusion of eclectic funk, fashion and style.

Michael Canitrot created this international club concept several years ago, based on a desire to produce parties to celebrate "human warmth, conviviality and, above all, dance and music," using a unique visual and sound concept. So, Happy in Paris? parties have appeared in some of Paris' hottest clubs (Queen, Bains-Douches, Madeline Plaza), and across France. These extravaganzas have also spread worldwide, taking place in countries such as Spain, Germany and America.

The So Happy In Paris? launch night is set to be the first of a series of funky, sexy parties throughout 2006, with additional plans for both a summer and winter event. Welcoming Michael for his first date in Scotland will be a specially selected line up of our most well-known and passionate DJs. In Room One Gav Grant (Progression) and Huggy (Stereotype) will be taking centre stage with Michael, while in Room Two Geoff M (Solemusic, Beat 106) and Craig Gee (Boomshaboom, Pivo) will help ensure the night turns into a memorable one.
Liquid Room, Feb 18. Advance tickets £10.00 (available from Ripping Records and Tickets Scotland)
