Horse Meat Disco @ The Berkeley Suite, Sat 30 Jul

You haven't known disco until you've known Horse Meat Disco. Before they were releasing euphoric mixes of lost disco classics inspired by the classic New York scene, Horse Meat Disco were an alternative queer club night run by a foursome of DJs.

That spirit of inclusivity and joyful, mood-changing music has led the outfit to residencies at The Eagle in London, Lux in Lisbon, Tape in Berlin, and festival billings at Glastonbury, Lovebox and T In The Park. Our four protagonists – James Hillard, Jim Stanton, Filthy Luka and Severino Panzetta – now descend on the west coast, for an evening at Glasgow's finest disco establishment.

Sensu Bank Holiday Sunday // Eats Everything and Denis Sulta @ Saint Lukes / Sub Club, Sun 31 Jul

Local prodigy Denis Sulta joins Bristol producer Eats Everything – who since emerging on to the scene in 2011 has been backed by everyone from Seth Troxler to Claude VonStroke and Justin Martin – for the Sensu Bank Holiday festivities. Further support comes from Barry Price, Junior and Alan Belshaw, with the event starting off at East End hot spot Saint Luke’s before settling in to Sub Club for the post-11pm shenanigans.

The iAM presents: George FitzGerald @ Sub Club, Tue 2 Aug

This Tuesday night offering is an excellent opportunity to catch the British-born, Berlin-based DJ/producer George FitzGerald, who has featured among Resident Advisor's top 100 DJs for two years running. Known for his unique techno/house works in the vein of Joy Orbison, Mount Kimbie and Pearson Sound, last year FitzGerald released his first full-length album, the Fading Love LP, an impressive collection of pop-leaning house productions.

Coming Up...

We're only at the tail end of July, but Fatima Yamaha's reputation is such that tickets for his September Sub Club date have all but sold out - so move quick if you want to catch the Netherlands-native Bas Bron at the beginning of his Imaginary Lines tour. You'll know him from that track - "What's A Girl To Do", the Lost In Translation-sampling, melancholy 2004 hit reissued on Dekmantel last year to further acclaim (21 September).
