Don't miss parties this week...

Micron 10.1 with Derrick Carter and Michael Mayer @ Mantra Warehouse, 4 Nov

Kompakt's king of strung-out yet danceable soundscapes Michael Mayer is joined by Chicago house longtimer Derrick Carter, both on duties in the atmospheric Mantra Warehouse for three hours apiece. Mayer will also play an in-store (and showcase his new album) at Eastern Bloc Records on Stevenson Square from 4pm, joined by Black Eyes and others. From 10pm, £17.50.

Kiss Me Again @ Islington Mill, 4 Nov

As part of Islington Mill and Soup Kitchen's venue-swapping love-in this month, Soup Kitchen bring one of their club nights, Kiss Me Again, to the main space of the Mill for a one-off party. With the motto 'bring the vibes and ditch the prejudice', Kiss Me Again is an LGBT+ night "dedicated to bringing a broad spectrum of sounds and good times to queerdos and everyone else" – and tonight they're joined by Banana Hill's Cervo as special guest. From 11pm, £3/£5.

Mr Scruff: Keep it Unreal @ Band on the Wall, 5 Nov

The DJ mastermind delivers a bonfire night special of his much-loved club, mixing his usual junk-shop bag of sounds with extra sparkly bangers for the full 'ooh' effect. From 10pm, £12.

Project 13 @ Hidden, 5 Nov

Hamburg's Helena Hauff plays a punishing night with DJ Stingray, Peverelist, Hess and more. One of the most exciting producers working at the moment, Hauff has an instinct for riveting EBM, avant-garde electro and general aural psychosis – for proof, check out her playlist for The Skinny. From 11pm, £20.

Generic Greeting Collective's 6th birthday @ Soup Kitchen, 10 Nov

Art collective Generic Greeting celebrate their birthday with Joey B (Swing Ting), Neana (Gang Fatale), Yeshe, Texaco (No White Tees) and their very own Szajna and Big Peace. There's free drinks for early birds and even goody bags filled with arty treats if you get down quick enough.

Percolate's 4th birthday @ Hidden, 19 Nov

According to those ambitious bods at Percolate, "the only thing better than a Jeremy Underground set is a Jeremy Underground all night long set" – so they've roped in the rare-house digger to play for seven full hours at their fourth birthday party. As you do. From 10pm, £15
