Nightmares On Wax and Tall Black Guy @ 24 Kitchen Street, 26 Nov

Prepare for a night of positive vibrations from George Evelyn AKA Nightmares On Wax with support from Tall Black Guy, who's making his Liverpool debut; 'an artist we've hoped to bring to town for so long,' say the Kitchen St crew. They're joined by a full complement of local heads: No Fakin', Madnice and Hustle's James Morgan. Solid. From 10pm, £15

Circus & Fabric present #saveourculture @ Camp and Furnace, 26 Nov

In support of Fabric and the #saveourculture appeal, Circus have brought together a characteristically big line-up to take over Camp and Furnace – B.Traits, Maceo Plex, Mano Le Tough, Mind Against, Paco Osuna, Steve Lawler, Tale Of Us, Nastia and Yousef – plus residents and support. This massive party runs from 2pm and there'll be an afterparty from 11pm just down the road at Hangar34 if you wanna keep going – wristbands for that can be obtained during the daytime event from a stall at the back of Furnace. From 2pm, £25 (£17.50 NUS)

303 presents Erol Alkan all night long @ Williamson Tunnels, 26 Nov

Exactly what it says on the tin – we're surprised there are tickets left (though not many). From 9pm, £17.50 (£10 NUS)
