Back to Basics: The Last Supper

Leeds' stalwart club Back to Basics (celebrating its 25th anniversary this year) holds its final party at Wire before moving into its new purpose-built home, the Church. Join them in paying respects the best way we know how: dancing.
Nick Curly presents Trust
Distrikt, 2pm, free
Big house fella Nick Curly presents his curated Trust party in the courtyard of Distrikt, in proper summer style. Curly heads a line-up including Bill Patrick and Jack Wickham.

Leeds Central Soul Club Northern Soul All-Dayer
The HiFi Club, 1pm, £7 on the door
Have a very civilised Sunday with the legendary Leeds Central Soul Club, who host an all-day party in conjunction with Secret Stash records in the much-loved HiFi. They'll be running a raffle on the door in which you could win £100-worth of Secret Stash goodies, plus other giveaways during the day and a set from soul DJ Mark Bicknell, who's joined by several other purveyors of some of the best 60s/70s sounds.

The Garden Party part 3
with Dusky, Alan Fitzpatrick, Denis Sulta & more
The Faversham, 28 Aug, 12pm (afterparty at Wire, 10pm), £20-£30
Leeds' homegrown Garden Party festival returns to its original stomping ground at The Faversham for one last blowout of the summer. House duo Dusky headline, with Drumcode records' Alan Fitzpatrick and Glasgow's Denis Sulta also on the line-up. The Fav winds down at 11pm, but the party moves to Wire (10pm-4am).
