This week sees the ever-popular Boiler Room series returning to Glasgow for a stream showcasing increasingly accomplished local label All Caps.

Taking place on Wednesday 24 February, and serving to whet the appetite before the crew’s Region Free party at The Art School on the same night, the live stream will feature the first ever live performance by Ekranoplan – the impressive collaborative project from Kowton and Julio Bashmore – as well as sets from recent signing Neuroshima, Vancouver’s Florist, and trusted Glaswegian selectors Genn Ludd and Cleoslaptra. As ever, All Caps’ Bake and Ryan Martin will also be on hand to fly the flag for a label in fine health, as it celebrates five years in the game.

Since we first profiled the outlet in 2013, All Caps have continued to diversify their sound, attracting established names to their camp, while also proving adept at uncovering untapped talent. Their upcoming release maintains that tradition of canny selection, introducing the enigmatic New York-based Neuroshima who brings an intensely vibrant blend of murky atmospherics and jungle style rhythms on his Rave Archive EP. With the record set to drop on 8 March, this Wednesday’s set should serve as the perfect introduction to his work.

Following in the footsteps of Optimo, Subculture and Numbers in bringing the Boiler Room team to town, All Caps deliver an impressive and diverse roster for the evening, confirming their position among Scotland’s most trusted tastemakers at the moment. The live stream will be broadcast on 24 February via the Boiler Room website between 7-11pm; it's immediately followed by the club event, which runs till 3am.
