Eating Out 3: All You Can Eat

It can be quite refreshing to watch a film that is exactly what you might imagine and more besides. In this respect, Eating Out 3: All You Can Eat can be viewed as something of a tasteless masterpiece. Skinny new boy in town Casey wants to win the heart of the chiseled hunk of his dreams, and enlists the help of the trashiest girl in the neighbourhood to be his new best friend and fix them up. The plot never really leaves the realm of tacky sitcom, and the fact that it knows this and couldn’t care less is a huge strength. It should be completely awful and on many levels probably is, but like a foul-mouthed drunk on form at a party it’s often disarmingly funny, and most of the nasty, disgusting and completely unrepeatable one-liners really hit the mark. It’s never going to change anyone’s life, but for fans of potty mouthed camp it’s a guilty pleasure.
