Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend is set to propose to her.
Actor Adam Shulman has been dating the 26-year-old actress for around a year, and feels the time is right to pop the question. He is desperate to impress Anne with his proposal and has been shopping around to ensure he finds the perfect ring.
“He checked out engagement rings worth around $10,000 at a Tiffany and Co. Store in lower Manhattan,” a source told National Enquirer magazine. “He knows Anne loves Tiffany’s, so he’s working with the store to get the best ring in his price range.”
Adam and Anne moved in together while she was working in New York this summer. It has been claimed they saw the move as a trail marriage, with Adam so thrilled with the way it worked out he is now certain they will spend the rest of their lives together.
The source said: “Adam really loves Anne and believes they are meant to be together. He plans to propose by Christmas.”
