Perennial stadium stalwarts U2 have today announced their return to Scotland for a date at Hampden Park on Tuesday, 18 August.
Celebrating their 10th number one with current album No Line on the Horizon, the band propose to play a typically high production show featuring a cylindrical video screen that can be previewed here. Information on ticket pre-sales can be found here.
U2 also plan to release a companion album to their latest opus entitled Songs of Ascent before the year is out.
