An interesting idea that will hopefully explore the space bewteen artistic representations of madness, the allure of psychosis for cutting-edge performers and the grim meat-hook reality of psychiatric institutions.

Peter Hall directs Kate O'Mara. West End style, sumptous production, top names: very different from The Skinny's usual enthusiasms but both popular and classy.

There is too much Shakespeare on the stage- at least of the popular plays. The RSC ought to be able to find something original- or at least ensure crafted performances.
