This character comedy about love and life is more maudlin than mirthful.

Keara Murphy's talent is undeniable; she's a veritable comedic jukebox, pumping out pitch perfect accents from grimiest Glaswegian to haughtiest Home Counties. The only problem is her comic creations just don't make the audience laugh, give or take the odd few. This character comedy about love and life is more maudlin than mirthful. Ranging from psychopathic Glaswegian girlfriend to totalitarian Tennis Association President, her characters glimmer with potential but become comedic cadavers due to the clunking script. Slightly more dismaying is the strong whiff of amateurism that pervades the show. In one such instance a pre-recorded video, integral to a whole sketch, has been left seemingly unedited and littered with unscripted mistakes. Sadly, this is indicative of the show as a whole - overlong, underdone and a disappointing experience from a woman of obvious ability. In a piece smattered with imprisonments and jailbird lovers, I'm afraid to report that the only truly criminal thing are the gags. [Patrick Low]
